What file do you need from me to start?
Any image works, JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI. The higher the resolution the better, but I can work with most files. Just send what you have and I'll let you know if anything needs adjustment before I start.
Which embroidery machine formats do you support?
I deliver DST, PES, JEF, EMB, EXP, VP3, and XXX as standard. If your machine needs a different format, message me and I'll confirm before you order.
How do I know which package is right for my design?
Simple rule: if your design is clean text or a basic logo, go Basic. If it has shading, gradients, or multiple colors, go Standard. If it's a portrait, animal, or highly detailed artwork, go Premium. Still unsure? Send your file and I'll recommend the right one.
Do you offer different sizes for the same design?
Yes. Multiple placement sizes (e.g. left chest + cap + full back) can be added as an extra. Mention this when ordering and I'll include it in your quote.
Will the file run cleanly on my machine without adjustments?
That's the goal every time. I set proper underlay, pull compensation, stitch density, and direction for each design. If your machine has any issues on the first run, send me the result and I'll fix it at no charge.
Can you digitize for 3D puff embroidery?
Yes. 3D puff requires a different digitizing approach with higher stitch angles and adjusted density. Mention it when ordering and I'll set it up correctly for foam application.
