I will segment and analyze ct and mri medical images in imagej
About this Gig
Working with raw CT or MRI scans but need clean, properly windowed images and real quantitative data instead of just pictures? That's exactly what I do.
I'm a biomedical engineering student specialized in medical image processing using ImageJ/Fiji. I take your raw DICOM or TIFF scans and deliver:
- Correct grayscale windowing for the tissue you need to see (soft tissue, bone, lung, etc.)
- Manual or semi-automatic segmentation of organs or regions of interest
- Full quantitative output: area, Hounsfield units (mean/min/max), perimeter, length, and angle measurements
- A clean results table you can drop straight into your report or paper
This service is built for researchers, grad students, and small clinics who need accurate measurements or presentation-ready images from raw scan data, without owning or learning specialized radiology software.
Send me your DICOM/TIFF files and tell me what you need measured or highlighted I'll take care of the rest and send back processed images plus a results table, fast.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
DICOM (.dcm) and TIFF (.tif) work best. I can also work with PNG/JPG exports if DICOM isn't available, though Hounsfield-unit measurements require the original DICOM data for full accuracy.
Do you provide a medical diagnosis?
No. This is a technical image processing and measurement service, not a medical diagnosis. Results should always be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional before any clinical decision.
How many images or slices are included in each package?
Basic covers 1 slice, Standard up to 10 slices, and Premium up to 25 slices from the same case. Need more? Message me for a custom quote.
