Do you work with older PrestaShop versions?
Yes. I have 15 years of PrestaShop experience across versions. Send your exact PrestaShop and PHP versions, if known. I will check compatibility and confirm the scope before you order.
Which package should I choose?
Essential Fix: one minor, isolated bug. Fix or Speed Boost: one targeted repair OR speed improvement. Custom Module: one simple function with no external API. Each package covers one store. Message me first to confirm the scope.
Can you improve speed and PageSpeed results?
Yes. I check caching, images, scripts and code bottlenecks, with before-and-after measurements on agreed pages under comparable conditions. Results depend on hosting, themes, modules and third-party services. No fixed score is guaranteed. Extensive optimization requires a custom quote.
What access do you need?
First, send the issue, version and screenshots with sensitive data removed. After we agree on the work, I request only the temporary back-office, SFTP or hosting access needed. Do not include passwords in public screenshots. Revoke temporary access after completion.
How do you protect my live store?
We confirm a current backup and recovery approach before changes. I use staging when available and agree on live-store work in advance. I test the affected functionality and explain the changes. Creating staging or a large backup may require extra scope.
Do custom modules include source code?
Yes. Custom modules include source code and installation instructions for the agreed version. Premium covers one simple function. External APIs, payment gateways and complex modules need a custom quote. Third-party licenses are not included.
What do revisions and support cover?
Revisions cover the original requirements: one for Basic and two for Standard or Premium. Includes 7 days of support after delivery for issues related to my changes. New features, unrelated bugs and issues caused by later third-party changes are quoted separately.
Can you handle urgent requests?
Yes. Basic includes 1-day delivery. Extra fast delivery is available for Standard in 1 day (+$30) and Premium in 3 days (+$60). Message me before ordering to confirm scope and availability. Delivery starts once requirements are complete. I do not offer 24/7 coverage.
Which projects need a custom quote?
Full upgrades, migrations, malware recovery, complex troubleshooting, payment modules, API integrations, large custom modules and extensive speed optimization require a custom quote. Send your requirements so we can agree on deliverables, price and timeline.
