What services do you offer?
We provide expert app testing services to ensure your application meets Google Play's requirements and successfully passes the testing phase. Our dedicated team of 12 testers conducts daily evaluations to identify bugs, errors, and compliance issues, helping your app get approved without any problem
Do you guarantee that the app will be approved?
Yes, we guarantee that your app will be approved by Google Play. We have real testers, and all of them will test your app on a daily basis.
Do you also provide app testing services for paid apps?
Yes, we do. For paid apps, you will need to provide promo codes so testers can download the app and begin the testing process.
Does testing start immediately after the order is placed?
Yes, app testing will begin immediately once the app link is ready for testers.
How does the whole process work?
We will provide you with the testers list. You will add them to the closed testing section and send us the link to start the testing process. After 14 consecutive days of testing, you can apply for production.
Do you also help with filling out the form when applying for production?
Yes, we provide you with a complete questionnaire to help you fill out the form when applying for production.
When can we apply for production?
Once testers complete the 14-day testing period. Since Google updates every 24 hours, the "Apply for Production" button will usually be available on the 15th day.
When will bugs and app feedback be provided?
We will provide you with a daily report containing any bugs and feedback about the app.
How much time will each tester spend testing the app?
Each tester will test the app for approximately 5–10 minutes per day for 14 days (in the Premium package).
