FAQ
Q: Do you do webhooks or polling?
A: Webhooks. Polling adds delay and hits rate limits at scale. I set up secure HTTPS webhooks with proper SSL so your bot responds instantly.
Q: Can the bot connect to my trading account (IBKR/Binance)?
A: Yes — this is my specialty. I can connect Telegram signals to IBKR (via TWS API), Binance, or MT4/MT5 for automated execution, with risk controls built in.
Q: Where will the bot be hosted?
A: I deploy to a VPS or cloud server (your choice or mine) with webhook SSL configured, so it runs 24/7 without your computer needing to be on.
Q: Can you add this to my existing bot instead of building from scratch?
A: Yes, I regularly take over and extend existing Telegram bots. Send me your current code/repo and I'll scope the integration work.
Q: What do you need from me to start?
A: Your Telegram bot token, a clear description of the workflow (what triggers the bot, what action it should take), and API credentials if connecting to a broker/exchange (sandbox/testnet is fine to start).
Q: Is my data/API keys safe?
A: Yes — I use environment variables and encrypted secrets management, never hardcoded keys. Happy to sign an NDA for sensitive trading logic.
