What is a concept idea?
A concept is an initial preliminary design of your label and packaging in a digitized format. When you place an order, based on any information we get from you and add that to our brainstorming session, we will usually come out with some sketched ideas for your label and packaging.
Once I receive the concepts, is that it?
No. Once you receive your concepts, then it is up to you to review them and get back to us with your likes/dislikes and any recommendations or revisions.
Once I send my revisions on the concept, then what?
Once we get your initial feedback on the concepts, we make those revisions and send them back to you.
How many times can I send revisions?
The number of revisions you will be able to make is based completely on the package you choose.
What tools you use for Design?
We use professional designing tools like Adobe Illustrator CC for label and packaging designing.
Do I own the final work?
Yes, you have the sole ownership of the work done by us. All the intellectual property rights for the label and packaging will be owned by you.
What do you provide in design?
Our designers provide files for online as well as printing usage. The files are in the format of- .ai, png, Pdf .jpg. Files for printing usage are provided in CMYK color mode and for online usage in RGB color mode.
What design resolution will I get?
We can provide you the design 72 resolution for website or 300 dpi for printing as preferred by you.
Once I place the order when my work will start?
We will immediate start working on your label and packaging project.
Can you do rush jobs?
Yes, but depending on your situation, an additional cost will be incurred.
