About this gig
Get a Telegram bot that answers your customers' usual questions and collects their details while you are busy. This is a new gig with no past orders, so every bot is tested before I hand it over.
How it works: I build the bot as an n8n workflow file. You import it into your own n8n (cloud or self-hosted) and make your own bot token in Telegram with BotFather, a 2-minute step my guide explains. The token stays with you. I never ask for it or for any password, and your customers' messages stay in your own accounts.
What the bot does:
- Welcome message and tap-buttons with your answers (hours, prices, delivery, anything you choose)
- - Lead capture: asks name, what they need and how to reach them, then sends it to your own Telegram chat
- - Replies in the customer's language: Hebrew, English or Spanish
- - Handles photos, voice notes, very long messages and duplicate messages without crashing
Tested before delivery: 17 checks on simulated Telegram messages, with a short pass/fail report. The demo in the gallery is our own fictional bakery bot, not a client.
Not included: hosting, AI-written answers, payments. Message me before ordering if you need something else.

Do I need to code?
No. You import one file into your own n8n and follow my step-by-step guide. It takes about 10 minutes.
Do you need my bot token or passwords?
Never. You make your own bot in Telegram with BotFather and paste the token only inside your own n8n. Please do not send it in chat.
Where does the bot run? Do you host it?
In your own n8n (cloud or self-hosted). I do not host it, so your customers' messages never pass through my accounts.
Is it AI?
No. It answers from the texts you give me, so it never makes up an answer. AI-written answers are not part of this gig.
Which languages?
Hebrew, English and Spanish. The bot answers in the language the customer writes in.
Where do the leads go?
To your own Telegram chat the moment a customer finishes the three questions. Saving them in a spreadsheet is not included.
What if it breaks later?
Revisions are included in every package. Custom bot adds 14 days of fixes.
How many buttons can the bot have?
FAQ bot and Lead bot: up to 5 FAQ buttons with your answers. Custom bot: up to 10.
Which n8n do I need?
Any n8n you already run, cloud or self-hosted. I do not provide or host n8n.
Is this only for Telegram?
Yes. This gig is for Telegram bots only. If you need another messaging app, message me before you order.
