Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering so I can review your product, concept, script, deadline, shipping requirements, and intended usage. This helps ensure we're aligned on the project details and prevents delays or misunderstandings.
When does the delivery countdown begin?
For physical products, filming begins after the product has been delivered and I have received the completed brief, approved concept, and any required talking points. Please message me before ordering so we can coordinate the correct start date.
Is paid advertising usage included?
Yes. Each package includes 3 months of usage rights for organic and paid advertising. Extended usage, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, whitelisting, or other creator-authorized advertising requires an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance.
Do you post the video on your own social media?
No. This gig is for content creation and delivery to the buyer. Posting on my personal social accounts is not included unless we agree to it separately in writing.
Can you write the script?
Yes. Scriptwriting is included in my packages. Please provide your website, product details, target audience, key benefits, required talking points, and call to action.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable editing changes such as trimming, rearranging clips, correcting text or adjusting captions. A new script, concept, location, outfit, product demonstration or full reshoot is not considered a standard revision and may require an additional fee.
Is raw footage included?
Raw footage is not included unless purchased as an extra. Raw footage may contain multiple takes and unedited clips and is licensed according to the usage terms agreed upon for the project.
Can you make health or supplement claims?
I can communicate brand-approved facts and share an honest experience, but I do not make unsupported medical claims, guarantees or statements that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a condition.
Can the product be returned?
Products are generally not returned. If a return is required, the buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping, packaging and any applicable handling before the order begins.
