Can you translate from/to American English and British English both?
Yes, I usually stick to British English but I can translate to American English as well. It depends on the specific client's requests.
In what format can you translate?
I can translate any file format. Formats I support: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Pages, .text, .docx, PDF, Google Drive and images/scanned documents (keep in mind it must be CLEAR). I [DO NOT] support: .ZIP files. You have to unzip it before sending it!
Can you translate my website?
Sadly, no. I don't have enough digital competencies to directly translate your website, but I can receive the file in .text format to translate it.
Do you provide voice/video recordings?
No, at the moment it's not in my offered services.
How do you handle the confidentiality?
I guarantee all my customers exclusive, deserved privacy in their rights. Selling and publishing my customers' information/files to third-parts is against my morals, followed by the law. I delete any sensitive document right after the delivery.
