What do you need from me to start?
Three things: your store URL, collaborator access (I'll send a request from my Shopify Partner account — it only needs the permissions relevant to the fix), and a clear description of the issue. A short screen recording showing the problem is the single best thing you can send.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I diagnose before I commit. If something genuinely can't be resolved, I'll tell you honestly and we'll cancel for a full refund — you won't pay for a problem I can't solve.
Do you fix issues caused by apps or third-party integrations?
Yes. App conflicts and integration breakage are among the most common things I handle. I'll isolate which app or script is causing it and resolve the conflict.
Will your fix survive a theme update?
I write clean, well-commented code and, where it matters, implement fixes in a way that's resilient to updates. If a fix is update-sensitive, I'll tell you exactly what to watch for.
