FAQ
Can I test it before ordering?
I'll build a free prototype and provide live demo. You can see how it works.
What content can it learn from?
PDFs, Word docs, websites, FAQs, helpdesks — if your team reads it, your chatbot can learn from it
Will it make things up?
No, I will ensure that data is good quality and bot is well trained. So, it only answers from your content, not the open internet.
Is my data private?
Yes. 15 years in banking and financial compliance — data privacy is non-negotiable for me. We will select the right tech stack for the level of privacy you require or already have.
