Do you design for all types of packaging?
Yes! While my primary packages focus on pouches and boxes, I can design for any substrate, including glass bottles, cosmetic tubes, beverage cans, and custom mailer boxes.
What do you need from me to start?
I will need your logo (if you have one) and the packaging dimensions or factory dieline template from your manufacturer. If you have the text for your packaging, please provide it. If you need me to write the product copy for you, you can select the "Packaging Copywriting" add-on at checkout!
Do you provide the editable source file?
Yes, the Standard and Premium packages include the fully editable Adobe Illustrator source file. For the Basic package, it can be added on as an Extra Service before checkout.
Can you ensure the files will print correctly with my manufacturer?
Absolutely. I provide print-ready PDFs and Adobe Illustrator files with exact bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and material constraints to ensure the factory prints your packaging flawlessly.
I don't have a logo yet. Can you design one for me?
Yes! I have a separate gig dedicated entirely to brand identity and logo design. If you are starting from scratch and need the logo and the packaging done at the same time, just send me a message and I can create a custom bundle for you.
What is a dieline and why do I need it?
A dieline is the flat, 2D blueprint of your packaging that shows the manufacturer exactly where to print, cut, and fold the material. I provide these in the Standard and Premium packages so your overseas factory can produce your physical packaging without errors.
I'm not sure what type of packaging or material to use. Can you help?
Definitely. We can talk about your product, your budget, and what substrates (like recyclable BOPP, kraft paper, or glass) make the most sense for your business launch.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. We will work together to tweak the colors, layout, and text until the design fits your vision. If you need extra rounds of changes after we run out, they can easily be added on!
Do you actually print and ship the physical packaging to me?
No, I provide the digital, print-ready design files (like PDFs and Illustrator files) that you will send directly to your manufacturer or printing company. I am happy to consult with you on what materials to ask your manufacturer for, though!
