I'm a certified Product Owner (PSM1) with a doctorate in stakeholder alignment and strategic management, and years of hands on experience across FinTech, digital health, and SaaS. I've led full product lifecycles and built Agile cultures from scratch, including managing a large corporate portfolio at a major bank and running sprint planning for a nonprofit training platform.

Do I need to have Jira or Monday.com already set up?
No, this works whether you already have a tool or not. I can restructure your backlog as a document first, then build it out in Jira or Monday.com as an add on if you want the actual board built.
What if my team has never done proper sprint planning before?
That's actually the most common starting point. I'll build a framework that's realistic for a team just adopting Agile, not a complex process you'll struggle to maintain.
Can you work with a backlog that's mostly in someone's head or scattered across documents?
Yes, that's normal for teams without a dedicated Product Owner. Send me whatever you have, notes, spreadsheets, old tickets, and I'll organize it from there.
Do you offer ongoing sprint support, not just a one time setup?
The packages here are one time setups, but message me if you're interested in ongoing backlog management or sprint facilitation, we can discuss a custom arrangement.
