FAQ
Can you check someone without telling them?
No. Every check runs with the subject's signed authorization. I send you a consent form, you have them sign it, and we start once it comes back. This protects you as much as it protects them: a report produced without consent is not usable in a hiring or contracting decision.
What do you need from me to start?
The subject's full name, date of birth and a copy of their ID, plus the signed consent form. For employment history I also need their social security number. For a company, the tax ID is enough to begin. Send documents by email, not through chat.
Do you check companies as well as people?
Yes. Company checks cover incorporation, capital, shareholders and legal representatives with their registered powers, tax standing, sanctions lists, litigation and REPSE registration. For a full corporate due diligence report, message me for a custom offer.
What if nothing comes up, or a record cannot be confirmed?
You get the report either way, and it says so plainly. If a court record matches the name but cannot be attributed to your subject, it is reported as a name match with the reason it stays open. Absence of findings is reported as what the sources returned, not as a clean record.
