Yes. I use a Non-Directive coaching style based on models from different schools. I have a Certification in Transformational Coaching and I’m a Life Coach with the Universal Coaching institute. My style is based on the analysis of language and mental structures. The words and habits we use sometimes end up becoming an obstacle but with powerful questions, visualization and analytical tools we can find new perspectives (or "insights") and unlock new pathways to achieve our goals.

In our sessions we will define your goals, break them down into manageable tasks, define your priorities and further categorize each task according to your own goals. Focusing on smaller tasks is the key to stop focusing on the problems and start seeing the pathways to overcome them.

It will. In coaching there is no failure, each obstacle becomes only more data that we can use to set better priorities and find more manageable tasks. The key is learning a method to use also after our sessions to look at your goals as a list of steps that lead you to succeed. Let me show you how.
