Week 1 - Discovery Competitor teardown, user journey mapping, and information architecture. We define what the AI does for the user before I design it.

Week 2 - Design system and core flows Design system first, then the critical paths - onboarding, activation, and the core AI interaction.

Week 3 - Full product and prototype Remaining screens, edge cases, error states, and an interactive Figma prototype you can test or pitch with.
