What do you need from me before you start?
A sample file or dummy data, a short list of outputs you expect, and confirmation of the Excel or Sheets version you use.
How long will the project take?
Typical turnaround is 2 – 4 days for Basic, 4 – 6 days for Standard, and 5 – 8 days for Premium. Exact timing is locked in once I review your files.
Is my data safe and confidential?
Yes. I work alone, sign NDAS on request, and delete all assets 7 days after you confirm delivery.
Will the file run on my version of Excel?
I test on Excel 2013, 2016, 2019, 365, and MACOS. If you use Google Sheets, choose the add-on or tell me up front.
What if I need macros or VBA?
Macros are included in the Premium package and delivered in an XLSM file with clear, commented code so IT teams can audit them.
How many revisions are included?
Until you satisfied.
Can you pull data from APIS or databases?
Yes, but this counts as advanced automation, available only in Standard + or Premium. Message me first to scope it.
Do I own the spreadsheet once delivered?
Full commercial rights transfer to you after payment clears.
Will you train my team?
I include a 5-minute Loom walkthrough. Live Zoom training can be added for a small fee.
Can the file handle 100,000+ rows?
Large datasets may require Power Query and optimized formulas; I’ll advise on best practice or suggest Power BI if needed.
