Yes, I'll need FTP/cPanel access or GitHub repository access depending on where your website is hosted. All information is kept confidential and used only for the fix.
Q: What if the bug takes longer to fix than expected?
I'll let you know right away if the issue needs more time or a bigger scope than originally planned — no surprises, and we can discuss before moving forward.
Q: Can you fix bugs on a live (production) website?
Yes, I can work on live websites. I always recommend taking a backup first (or I can help with that) before making any changes, to keep your site safe.
Q: What information do you need from me to start?
A short description of the issue, and if possible, a screenshot or screen recording of the error. Access to the code (GitHub, FTP, or a zip file) is also needed.
Q: Do you offer revisions if the bug isn't fully fixed?
Yes, each package includes revisions. If the issue isn't fully resolved, I'll continue working on it within the agreed scope until it's fixed.
