I will diagnose and troubleshoot the issue based on the time included in your package. Some problems may require hardware replacement, ISP support, administrator access, or assistance from the original vendor, so a complete fix cannot always be guaranteed.
How will you provide remote support?
Depending on the issue, we can work through Fiverr messages, screenshots, step-by-step instructions, or an appropriate remote-support method when necessary and agreed upon.
What information should I provide before you start?
Please describe the problem, the device or software involved, any error messages you see, and what troubleshooting you have already tried. Screenshots are very helpful when available.
What types of problems do you not handle?
I do not provide physical hardware repair, data recovery from damaged drives, password bypassing, unauthorized account access, or support that requires access to systems without the owner's permission.
