What is your design style?
I always use my personal way of designing architectural projects by using "The Five Senses" design approach. Besides using your design requirements, I will ask you about how you want the building to be felt by human senses.
What is your design design approach?
My design approach is site-driven. I study the site, orientation, climate, views, and surroundings, then develop the room layout and building massing to maximize natural light, ventilation, privacy, and indoor-outdoor connections.
You have different package and different price in each package. Is it a fixed price?
Every packages has it own advantages. But, just in case you don't need exactly the same as I offered in each package, you can place for a custom order and of course we will discuss about the suitable price for you.
Are you easy to contact just in case I really need to know about the progress?
Absolutely, yes! I always online in my working hours (10 AM - 10 PM). But, keep in mind about the time difference. You can see my local time in the chat-box header.
