Can I order directly, or should I message you first?
Please message me first before placing an order! This ensures we can discuss your brand goals, script ideas, and requirements to make sure we’re a great fit. It also prevents any accidental order cancellations while we wait for product shipping.
When does the delivery time start?
The official delivery countdown begins on the day I physically receive your product, not when the order is placed. This ensures I have enough time to inspect the product, prep the concept, and deliver high-quality content.
Do you create content in both English and Dutch?
Yes! I am a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English. I can deliver natural, native-sounding content for both Dutch-targeted campaigns and international audiences.
What is included in your video delivery?
You will receive a fully edited, high-resolution video optimized for vertical formats (9:16 for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts). It includes professional lighting, audio, basic cuts, and on-screen text or captions if requested.
Can you write or refine the script for my product?
Absolutely. With my background in acting and creating converting ad creatives, I know what hooks and calls-to-action work best. You can provide your own script, or I can help refine or write one for you.
Do you return the products after filming?
Generally, products are kept by the creator for potential future content or updates. However, if you require a high-value item returned, please let me know before ordering, and you will need to provide a prepaid return shipping label.
What if I need revisions?
Minor edits (like text placement or slight audio adjustments) are included. However, full reshoots are not included unless I made a mistake that deviated from our agreed script/brief. Changing the script after filming will require an extra fee.
Do your prices include usage rights for paid ads?
My standard packages include organic social media usage rights. If you intend to use the video for Paid Ads (Spark Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), please select the usage rights add-on or let me know during our chat so I can include it in a custom offer.
