Yes, please send it before ordering or as part of your order. Many people come to me with kanji they found online or via Google Translate that don't actually mean what they think. I'll check it honestly.

No problem at all. Most of my clients aren't native English speakers either. We'll communicate clearly through Fiverr's messaging system, and I'll ask follow-up questions if anything is unclear.
Do I get commercial use rights?
Personal use (including tattoos) is included in all packages. Commercial use rights (for branding, products, business use) come standard with Premium, or can be added to Basic/Standard for $20.
