I set up a Google Sheets report that updates every week without manual work. A script pulls data from your CRM, ATS, forms or other sheets, builds the summary and sends it to your team by email or Telegram on the day you choose.
For an in-house HR team I built reports that pull data from their ATS through the API, broken down by vacancies and by candidate sources.
What the report can show:
- New leads or candidates per week

- Charts and a short summary on the first tab
- Comparison with the previous week
How it goes:
- You show me where the data lives and which numbers you need.
- I build the report with Google Apps Script or Make and test it on your data.

Which data sources can you connect?
Google Sheets, Google Forms, and any CRM or ATS with an API or a Make integration. Send me the names, and I will confirm before you order.
Do I need any paid tools?
Google Apps Script is free with a Google account. If the data source needs Make, I tell you which plan fits before I start.
Can the report go to Telegram?
Yes. The report can arrive as a message with key numbers and a link to the sheet.
What if my metrics change?
I document where each number comes from, so you can add a column yourself. New metrics from me go as a separate order.
