What do you need from me to get started?
Invite me as an accountant user in QuickBooks Online (Manage Users page). I’ll also ask for any categories or rules you prefer.
How do you decide how to categorize a transaction?
I use the vendor name and description and match it to your existing chart of accounts. If I can’t tell, I list it for you to confirm instead of guessing.
Will you delete anything permanently?
No. I only void or exclude a transaction when it is clearly a duplicate, and I send you a summary of every change I made.
What if I have more transactions than my package covers?
Message me before ordering and I’ll send a custom offer. The packages cover up to 150, 500 and 1,500 transactions.
Do I need to send bank statements if my accounts are connected?
Not always. For duplicates, I may ask for statements for certain months to confirm a transaction is truly a duplicate and not a real repeat payment.
Is my financial data safe?
I only use the access you give me, keep everything confidential, and you can remove my access at any time.
