For what CRMs can you create templates?
Basically for any CRM or system that has a Word template interface. Some examples are: Pipedrive SmartDoc, Billomat, Salesforce and DocuSign. But of course, there are a lot more. Reach out and I'll check if your system can dynamically create documents from a proper Word template.
Do I need to provide access to my CRM?
You don't have to but it will make the process a lot easier, as I can test and debug the template directly in the system. But don't worry - in a lot of CRMs you can create a "guest" account with limited capabilities and reading rights. Reach out to discuss the details on that.
