We are a team of 15, so a full speaker line-up runs in parallel, not one deck after another. We have delivered presentations for every speaker at TEDxKyiv - 43 decks in total - and done the same at TEDxKPI and TEDxKyivWomen.

We build one master template from your event branding - layouts, type scale, colour, chart style, transitions - and every speaker's deck is built inside it. The stage looks like one event, not fifteen different ones.

Extra slides are $75 each on any package. Conference decks often run longer - plan for it if your talks are content-heavy. Tell us the expected slide counts up front and we will price the whole event exactly in a custom offer.

Yes, we have done it - our team ran every deck from backstage at TEDxKyiv. On-site support is arranged as a custom offer, since it depends on your dates and location. Message us before ordering.

Yes. For KIVI's partner conference we designed inside the brand identity their agency had already built. Send your logo, colours, fonts and any templates and every deck will match them.

Normal, and planned for. We start with the master template and the confirmed talks, then build the late ones as content arrives. Tell us your hard on-stage date and we work back from it.

Yes. KIVI's conference ran on a 12-metre LED wall at 32:9 (2048 x 576 px) and we designed for that ratio. Send the exact pixel size and aspect ratio of your screen with your brief.

The speaker list with talk titles, whatever content each speaker has, your event branding, the stage screen specs, and the on-stage date. Drafts are fine - we ask the questions that turn them into slides.
