What types of tasks can you help with?
I can assist with admin, research, customer support, social media, Canva, Wix updates, data entry, inbox support and plenty more. If your task is a little unusual, message me. I’m very comfortable with random “can you just…” jobs.
What is included in the hours I purchase?
Your package includes the stated number of working hours. I’ll use that time efficiently on the tasks we agree on and keep you updated on progress.
Can I give you different types of tasks in one order?
Absolutely. Your hours can be used across multiple agreed tasks. One hour researching, another updating Canva, another helping with customers, no problem.
Do you work with clients in different time zones?
Yes. I’m based in Australia, but I keep rather unconventional working hours and often reply when clients on the other side of the world least expect it. Occasionally, I do manage the recommended eight hours of sleep.
What if my task takes longer than the hours I purchased?
I’ll let you know before the purchased time runs out. You can then add extra VA hours or decide what you’d like me to prioritise within the remaining time.
Should I message you before ordering?
For straightforward tasks, you’re welcome to order directly. For larger, unusual or time sensitive work, send me a message first so I can confirm I’m the right fit and recommend the best package.
