What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your business name, website, Google Business Profile link (if available), main services and target service area. Never send passwords or private customer information.
What will I receive in the report?
You will receive a practical audit of your Google Business Profile and online presence, with findings, improvement opportunities and prioritised recommendations based on the package you select.
Do you guarantee higher Google rankings or more customers?
No. Google rankings and customer enquiries depend on many factors outside my control. I provide research-based recommendations and a clear action plan, not guaranteed results.
Will you make changes to my Google Business Profile?
The standard packages provide audits, research and recommendations. Direct profile changes, ongoing management and implementation are not included unless agreed separately.
Will you contact my customers or send review request SMS messages?
No. These packages focus on strategy, templates and recommendations. Sending messages or setting up automated review requests is not included.
Can you work with marketing agencies?
Yes. I can provide research and audit reports that agencies may use to support their local business clients. Please contact me before ordering if you need white-label delivery, custom branding or reports for multiple clients.
