Which booking tool should I choose: Calendly, Acuity, or Setmore?
It depends on your business. Calendly is best for simple 1-on-1 scheduling. Acuity is great for service businesses needing payments and packages upfront. Setmore is excellent for salons and spas with multiple staff members. If you aren't sure, message me before ordering and I will recommend one.
What do you need from me to get started?
I will need admin/invite access to your booking tool, a link to your website, your logo/brand colors, and a brief description of your services and availability.
Will this sync with my existing Google or Outlook calendar?
Yes. I set up a secure, two-way calendar sync to prevent double bookings. When a client books through your new system, it will automatically block that time on your personal calendar.
Can you connect Zoom, Google Meet, or payment processors like Stripe/PayPal?
Yes. Zoom/Meet integration and payment collection (Stripe/PayPal) are included in the Standard and Premium packages. This means clients can pay and get their meeting link automatically when they book.
Can you set up automated workflows and reminders to stop no-shows?
Absolutely. In the Standard and Premium packages, I build native automated workflows. This includes custom intake forms, email and SMS text reminders, and post-booking follow-ups to ensure clients show up prepared.
Do you offer support after the gig is delivered?
Yes. The Premium package includes 7 days of priority post-delivery support to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you need ongoing maintenance after that, I offer monthly retainer packages.
