What should I do before placing an order?
Please send the original, high-resolution photo(s) and clearly describe the style or result you want. Reference images are welcome.
What is the best way for sending instructions?
To get the best results, please provide: 1-Reference images showing the retouching style or color grading you want. You can circle or highlight specific areas that need attention. 2-Written instructions detailing your preferences.
What if I have multiple photos?
If you have multiple photos, please message me first so I can create a custom offer with the best price and delivery time.
How many revisions do I get?
Each order includes revisions according to the selected package. Revisions cover small adjustments, not a complete change of editing style.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes. Extra-fast delivery is available as an add-on. Please message me first to confirm availability.
What program do you use for retouching?
I retouch all photos in Adobe Photoshop.
What kind of file format of final image I will get?
Final images are delivered as flattened JPG files. Working files (PSD, TIFF with layers) are not included. If you need any other type of files, let me know.
Do you share my photos publicly?
No. Your photos are kept completely private and are never shared without your permission. Any images you see in my gallery are from clients who chose to allow sharing. When you accept the work, you decide whether your photos can be displayed or not.
Do you add backgrounds or shadows?
Background cleanup is included. White backgrounds, shadows, or reflections, replace the background are available as extras.
