What is your process for working with a new customer?
We understand all of the requirements and space which the client wants us to design. Then we review the sample drawings and send our project understanding and detailed quotation to our client. Once they approve, we start working on the project.
What is the process after I place an order?
After you send your requirements, we’ll start working on your architectural drawing. We’ll show you our progress along the way to make sure we’re on the right track.
Are revisions included in your packages?
Yes, we offer up to unlimited revisions free.
What will I do get in revision?
Revisions does not include an entirely new drawing or anything that takes more than 10-15 minutes.
How will I get the updates of project?
We also send updates and progress status of the project regularly to the client.
Can I only order for Elevations?
Yeah sure, you can make a custom order for anything you need. but please make sure you have the floor plan in CAD.
If the project size above 3000 sft, then what is the price for each drawing?
Well, If the project size above 3000 sft, Please feel free to inbox me first. I will give you the best price, it depends on your project size & work amount.
Can I handle large orders in limited time?
Before you make large order, please contact me. I'll give you shortest possible time in which I can deliver you the complete project. I work very fast at the same time maintaining the quality of drawing and deliver value.
What format files will I deliver?
Delivery will include DWG CAD file and scaled PDF set.
