Do you need access to my Stripe/HubSpot/accounting account?
Read-only or scoped API access is enough to build and test the flow. I never need full account access, and you approve every connection before it goes live.
What happens if I'm on Basic and need a reminder sequence later?
You can upgrade to Standard at any point and I'll add the reminder logic on top of what's already built, rather than starting over.
How do you decide when a reminder gets sent?
Timing is based on invoice due date and payment status, and I confirm the exact schedule with you before the flow goes live, so nothing feels random or aggressive to your customers.
Is my customer and payment data safe during setup?
Yes. I test with sandbox or dummy data wherever the platform supports it, and any real data stays inside your own accounts. I don't store or export it anywhere.
What if my invoicing tool isn't listed in the gig?
Most platforms with an open API can be connected. Message me the tool name before ordering and I'll confirm it's doable.
I need my CRM cleaned up too, not just invoicing. Can you help?
