Each package covers either submission of ready-to-bill claims or claim-status/AR follow-up. Choose one task type per order. The claim limit and deliverable depend on your selected package.
Can you submit claims and follow up on them in the same package?
The listed packages cover one task type per order. If you need both submission and AR follow-up, message me before ordering so I can confirm the workload and provide an appropriate custom offer.
Which billing systems have you worked with?
I have worked with eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Office Ally, and Availity. Please tell me which system or clearinghouse you use so I can confirm the required workflow before you order.
Do you provide coding or denial appeals?
Coding and denial appeals are not included in the listed packages. If you need another service, explain the requirement before ordering so I can confirm whether it fits my experience and agree on a separate scope.
Do you guarantee insurance payment or claim approval?
No. Payment and claim decisions depend on the payer, coverage, documentation, and other applicable factors. I provide careful processing and documented follow-up, but cannot guarantee an insurance outcome.

What do you need before starting?
I need the selected task type, claim volume, system or clearinghouse, instructions, and deadline. Access must be authorized by the client and handled through an appropriate secure workflow.
Can I send patient records or login details through Fiverr chat?
Please do not send patient-identifiable information, claim files containing protected information, or passwords through Fiverr messages. Patient-level work must be arranged through an authorized and appropriately secured workflow with any required agreements and safeguards in place.
What does one revision include?
One revision covers corrections to the original tracker or action summary. Additional claims, a different task type, or another follow-up round are not included.
