How many domains and inboxes do I need for my campaign?
It depends on your daily sending volume. A safe rule is sending 25-30 emails per inbox per day. So if you want to send 500 emails/day, you need around 20 inboxes across 5 domains (4 inboxes per domain). Message me your target volume and I'll tell you the exact setup you need.
How long does the warmup take?
Typically 2-3 weeks for new domains and inboxes. Skipping or rushing warmup is the #1 reason cold email campaigns land in spam. I configure warmup settings based on your specific sending volume, not a generic default.
Do you provide the domains and Google Workspace accounts?
I handle the full setup and configuration. Domain purchase and Google Workspace subscription costs are separate and paid by you directly. I'll guide you on exactly what to buy and where before we start.
Will my emails land in the primary inbox?
Proper DNS configuration and warmup give you the best possible foundation for inbox placement. I verify every record and test deliverability before handoff. That said, inbox placement also depends on your email copy and sending behavior after setup, which I'm happy to advise on.
What happens after the setup is complete?
You receive a detailed verification report covering every domain, DNS record, inbox, and warmup setting. Everything is documented so you or your team can manage it going forward. I'm also available for questions after delivery.
Can you work with my existing domains and inboxes?

Do you offer ongoing campaign management after setup?
Setup is a separate service from campaign management. If you need someone to run your campaigns long-term- sequences, A/B testing, reply handling — message me and we can discuss a separate arrangement.
