What do you need to start working?
I need your WordPress admin login (or a separate editor account), the content or files to upload, and clear instructions about the changes you want.
Will my website be safe while you work?
Yes. I work carefully and can take a backup before making any major changes, so your site stays safe.
Can you add WooCommerce products?
Yes. I can add products with titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories and variations.
What is included in the monthly package?
The Premium package gives you 30 days of support with up to 10 hours of work, including edits, content and product upload, plugin updates and backups. Each task is usually done within 24-48 hours. Extra hours are available as a custom offer.
Can I order a custom package?
Of course! If your needs don’t match any package, send me a message and I will create a custom offer for you.
When are you available?
I am available every day for a few hours and reply to messages within a few hours. For the monthly package, tasks are handled during my working hours, not 24/7. Urgent tasks can be discussed in advance.
