I’ll need a clear description of the issue, a link to the affected page, and temporary WordPress admin access where required. Screenshots or examples of the problem are also helpful.
Is my website safe during the fix?
Yes. I work carefully to minimise downtime and avoid data loss. I recommend having a recent backup before changes are made, and a full site backup is also available as a Gig Extra.
What if the issue is more complex than expected?
I’ll let you know as soon as I identify anything outside the package scope. We can then agree on the best solution before any additional work is carried out.
Do you work with custom themes or page builders?
