I will create an akinator web app with your ideas

This will be an Web App that successfully guesses your character from restricted provided data that will be hardcoded in the website. This data will consist in the following:

An excel with the following information, that you must provide to me:

• People/characters you want Akinator to know;
• The questions available to ask to the user;
• How likely is every character to have a positive answer to that answer (in a 0 to 5 answer);
• Characters must be one per excel column, and questions one per line, and the answer will be on each respective cell;

Example:

Characters: A - Ronaldo, B - Messi, C - Neymar;

Questions: 1 - "Does he have won the world Cup?", 2 - "Is he good with his weak foot?"

Answers: (A/1 - 0); (B/1 - 5); (C/1 - 0); (A/2 - 4); (B/2 - 1); (C/2 - 4);

The pricing and response time might change if the number of posible answers is above the thousands.

You can also provide images of your preference for the background and each character without any additional payment. The source code of the website will be provided to you and very important, no hosting service is provided in this gig.
