What do you need from me to start?
The PBIX file or access to your Power BI workspace, which pages or measures are slow or wrong, and roughly how much data you have. An anonymised copy works if your data is sensitive.
Will you change how my report looks?
No. I keep your pages and visuals as they are unless you ask for changes. The work happens in the model, DAX and refresh setup behind them.
How do you prove it is faster?
I record timings with Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio before and after, and include them in the findings report.
Does this work with DirectQuery, Premium or Microsoft Fabric?
Yes. I work with Import, DirectQuery, composite models and Direct Lake, on Pro, Premium Per User, Premium and Fabric capacities.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I work in your tenant whenever possible, never reuse client data, and can sign an NDA.
