The program I use is blender for modeling and Photoshop + illustrator for texturing. I can make any model (weapons, vehicles, furniture, buildings and maps [no characters]) given I am provided with good refence material.

I don't share the source file but it can be bought for a fair price and the final product is usually in .fbx or .obj
