Losing track of who owes you what? I'll set up a spreadsheet that keeps every client, job and invoice in one place and shows what is paid, what is owed and what is overdue.
It starts from my own ready-made freelancer tracker, set up for your business:
- Clients: jobs, total invoiced, paid and owed for each
- Jobs: quote, deadline, stage and hours
- Invoices: numbers, due dates, payments and sales tax
- A printable invoice that fills in when you pick the invoice number
- Dashboard: money in, money owed and a monthly chart
Standard adds up to 3 changes, such as a timesheet or an expenses tab. Premium adds a second currency and a one-page year-end summary.

FAQ
Do you need my client list?
No. The sheet comes with sample data cleared and you type your own clients in. To move an existing list across (any package, up to 50 rows in Basic), send client names or codes only: no emails, phones, addresses or bank details. I delete my downloaded copies when the order closes.
Does it send invoices or payment reminders?
No. It is a spreadsheet: it makes a printable invoice you can save as a PDF and send yourself, and it shows which invoices are overdue.
Does it work out my income tax?
No. It adds sales tax (VAT, GST or similar) at the rate you set and shows your totals. It does not check that your invoice meets your country's tax invoice rules, and it is not tax advice; check with an accountant.

Either, or both. Tell me which you use when you order.
Can I add my logo?
Tell me when you order and I will check it fits the invoice layout.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, AI-assisted tools help me build and check the formulas, and they may read the files you send, so remove personal details first. I review and test every file before delivery. Need work without AI tools? Message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly if I can take it on.
