That's okay. Tell me what you're experiencing, and I'll investigate the issue, identify the likely cause and explain the recommended solution before proceeding.
What access do you need to fix my website?
Usually, I need your WordPress admin access and website URL. For issues involving hosting, DNS, SSL, database or server settings, additional access may be required.
Do you take a backup before fixing my website?
Yes. When possible, I recommend taking a full website backup before making changes. I will work carefully to protect your website, files, and database while fixing the issue.
Will my website or content be safe during the fix?
Yes. I make changes carefully and only where necessary. For higher-risk fixes or updates, I may recommend creating a backup before proceeding
Can you fix multiple WordPress issues in one order?
Yes. Choose the 3-hour or 5-hour package when you have multiple issues or more complex troubleshooting needs. If the scope is unclear, contact me first.
