I will investigate and fix an agreed WooCommerce checkout or payment integration issue on your existing WordPress store.

Provider outages, account approval, malware removal, new payment gateways and full rebuilds are separate. I cannot override a payment provider decision.

Can I order without discussing the error?
Please send the error and reproduction steps first. I need to confirm that the fault fits a package and is within the store configuration or code.
Can you fix a suspended Stripe or PayPal account?
No. Provider approval, account restrictions and outages must be resolved with the provider. I repair agreed store-side integration faults.
Does Basic cover a plugin rewrite?
No. Basic covers one defined configuration defect. Code conflicts need review for Standard or a custom scope.
Will you test with real payments?
I use staging and test mode where supported. Any live transaction, amount and refund procedure must be agreed with you first.
What if staging is unavailable?
We must agree a backup, test and rollback arrangement before ordering. Plugin conflict testing should not disrupt a busy live checkout.
What do revisions and support cover?
Revisions refine the agreed repair. Seven calendar days after delivery cover defects in my changes. Unrelated faults, provider changes and new functionality are extra.
