I will program a small app using python regarding images, sounds or other misc purpose

This gig is for private persons and small enterprises, who need a small tool to accomplish thier goals faster, whether that is data conversion, data processing, communication, potential hardware accelleration using OPENCL or multiprocessing or anything else you have in mind. I will program a small app or background task, and if needed, a server, in python for windows or linux based os (i test on ubuntu, but if further testing is necessary, i can create an environment for that, potentially for an upcharge, depending on whether it is necessary for the additional work).
