Hi, I'm Richard. I build and fix the backend of GoHighLevel: sub-accounts, snapshots, pipelines, and the workflows that actually move a lead from one stage to the next.
Here's what I handle end to end:
- Sub-account setup, snapshot install and customization
- Pipelines, stages, tags, custom fields, basically the shape of your CRM
- Workflows and automations: triggers, follow ups, internal alerts, tag based routing
- Forms and surveys mapped cleanly to the CRM, no messy fields
- Email domain setup: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending domain verification
- AI or SMS bot setup using the Claude API
- API and webhook work, connecting GHL to outside tools through Make.com
Funnel or landing page design and campaign copywriting aren't things I do. Deliverability is different: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain setup are core DNS skills from my Azure and M365 background. I haven't run that through GoHighLevel's own sending screens yet, so on a GHL job I'll prove it on a small paid task first rather than just claim it.
I test everything before I hand it off: field mapping, trigger conditions, workflows that might clash.

Do you design funnels or landing pages?
No. Page design isn't something I do. I work on the CRM side, sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, forms, integrations. If your project needs design too, just say so and I'll tell you straight whether it's something I can help with.
Do you handle email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)?
Yes, the fundamentals. SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain setup are core DNS skills from my Azure/M365 background. I haven't done that inside GHL's own sending screens yet, so I'll prove it on a small paid task first rather than just claim it.
Can I see examples of GHL work you have done?
Most of my GHL work lives inside client accounts, so I can't hand over screenshots. What I can do is walk you through my approach live on a screen share, or take on a small paid task first so you can see the actual work before committing to more.
