FAQ
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, you receive PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. The Basic package includes PNG/JPG only. Standard and Premium include all vector source files.
Existing logo handling
Basic package uses the provided logo and standardizes rules, colors, and typography.
Can I use the brandbook for print and digital?
Yes. The brandbook is delivered as a high-resolution PDF that works for both screen and print. All color values include HEX, RGB, and CMYK.
Do you work with existing logos or only create new ones?
Both. If you already have a logo you love, I can build the full brand identity around it. If you need a new logo, that is included in every package.
Can you match my brand to a specific style or competitor?
Absolutely. Share reference images, competitor websites, or Pinterest boards and I will use them as a starting point for your brand direction.
What information do you need to get started?
During ordering, you fill in a brand intake questionnaire covering your business, target audience, competitors, style preferences, and any existing materials. The more detail you provide, the better the result.
