Thank you for checking out my gig and considering my services. I always aim for personalized service and exceptional communication and I understand the importance of this tribute to your loved one.
I include many of the "extras" that are often sold as options - moving in on certain photos (people sometimes refer to this as the 'Ken Burns' effect), title graphics at the beginning and end (including the name of your loved one any message you might choose, and a photo). You can choose a favorite song, or I will find appropriate music in my royalty-free library. The length depends on the number of photos and/or videos you supply, up to 5 minutes.
I am an experienced editor, and Emmy-winning producer, with the skill to create a moving presentation that will be a true keepsake.
My commitment is completion of your video with care and delivery in advance of your event. I know this is especially meaningful to you and your family.
All videos will be delivered as mp4 files to assure universal playback across PC and Mac platforms - let me know if you would like another format. Coordinate with you

FAQ
How many photos do I need?
It depends on what you want to create. A fast-paced video with 200 photos that lasts just 3 minutes means that on the average, photos will be on screen for under one second. A standard remembrance video might have a slower pace. 50 photos in 3 minutes= averaging 3.6 sec. each.
How do I get the photos to you?
You can use sharing sites such as Dropbox or Google Drive and share the photos with me, or compress them into one file and send them via services such as WeTransfer.com or Hightail.com. Please contact me if you need more information.
How do I organize the photos?
You can either request a certain order, or ask me to place the photos in a random order. If you wish to place them in a random order, either rename the photos accordingly, or include a spreadsheet with the order in which you would like the photos to appear.
Can I include video clips?
Every project is different. If you would like a more extensive video or a mini-documentary, please contact me first and we'll work out a custom project. I am also an award-winning documentarian.
Can I see another sample video that's more of a standard length, or a video of a longer length?
Yes. the original video also exists in its original form of over three minutes long. I can also provide numerous other example videos.
My memorial event is TOMORROW - can you get this done in time?
If you are working against a very short deadline (less than 24 hours) - talk to me first so that I can make certain to provide you with a finished video well in advance of your event.
I would like to start and end the video with a special photo. Can you do that?
Yes, that's a standard feature. Generally, I can "bookend" the video with a specially chosen photo, along with the individual's name and secondary information (birth and death years, or a special quote or phrase). This offers a special 'finishing touch' to the video.
Can I make revisions?
Yes. I include two initial revisions and more are available as extras. If I believe a revision is relatively minor, I'll make such adjustments at no additional cost.
