How do I receive the orders?
The customer taps Send order and their WhatsApp opens with the full order message to your number. Works on phone and desktop.
Can customers pay on the site?
Not by default, the catalog is built to close the sale in the chat. If you want online payment, add the payment link extra or ask for a custom offer.
Can I add products myself?
Yes on Standard and Premium, through an admin panel. On Basic I load the products for you once.
Does it work in my country?
Yes, WhatsApp ordering works anywhere WhatsApp does. I can localize currency and language.
