What file formats will I receive?
You get a Kindle-ready file for Amazon KDP, a validated EPUB, and a PDF preview. Files are tested on Kindle Previewer before delivery so they pass upload checks.
What should I send you to get started?
Send your manuscript in Word or Google Docs (PDF works too), your cover image, and your title, subtitle and author name. The order form will ask for each of these.
. Do you edit or proofread my manuscript?
Formatting does not include editing. I will point out obvious typos and layout problems I notice, but full proofreading is not part of this gig. Message me first if you need it.
What is a style sheet, and do I need one?
A style sheet fixes your fonts, headings, spacing and chapter styles in one place. It keeps your whole book consistent and makes future edits or sequels fast. It is included in Standard and Premium.
What does the KDP metadata service include?
Your book title and subtitle, a search-optimised description, 7 backend keywords and 3 categories. These help readers find your book on Amazon and improve your chance of ranking.
What is a back-of-book index, and which books need one?
It is an alphabetical list of key terms and names with clickable links. It suits nonfiction, textbooks, self-help, faith-based and how-to books. Fiction rarely needs one. It is included in Premium or as an extra.

Yes. I format images, tables, footnotes, bullet lists and callout boxes so they display properly on Kindle and other e-readers. Send images at 300 DPI if possible.
