What is included in the Basic audit and tune-up?
I review one publication, including its homepage, navigation, About page and up to 10 posts. You receive a prioritized action plan plus up to 3 agreed minor settings, navigation or layout adjustments. A full redesign and new copy are not included. One revision round is included.
What is included in Standard setup or redesign?
One publication: homepage and up to 3 pages total, navigation, up to 3 sections, 5 tags and organization of up to 15 existing posts. Includes native signup prompts, supplied branding and copy, plus a written walkthrough. Two revision rounds. Homepage counts as a page.
What does the Premium publication build add?
One publication: homepage and up to 5 pages total, navigation, up to 5 sections, 10 tags and 40 existing posts organized. Includes positioning, up to 800 words of publication copy, SEO-conscious titles/descriptions, subscriber prompts and a written walkthrough. Three revision rounds.

Can you organize my existing article library?
Yes. Standard covers up to 15 existing posts and Premium up to 40, using agreed topics, tags and native homepage blocks. This covers categorization and presentation, not rewriting every article. Larger archives or detailed post formatting can be scoped in a custom offer.
Do you write content or offer ongoing Substack management?
Premium includes up to 800 words of publication copy, such as About, homepage and signup text. Ongoing management, post formatting, editorial planning and professional ghostwriting can be scoped separately by custom offer. Recurring publishing is not included in these one-time packages.
What do revisions cover, and what is outside the scope?
Basic includes 1 revision round, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Each round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed brief. New pages, extra posts or a new direction need a separate scope. Custom code, migrations, graphic creation and third-party fees are excluded.
Can you guarantee subscribers, revenue or search rankings?
No. I improve publication structure, presentation, positioning and SEO-conscious copy within Substack's available tools. Audience growth, reach, paid subscriptions and search rankings depend on factors beyond the setup. I do not promise specific performance results.
What do you need to start, and are you affiliated with Substack?
Please provide your goals, audience, publication link, content and brand assets. We agree appropriate access through Fiverr; never send passwords or login codes. I work independently, with no Substack certification or affiliation. Layouts depend on the native tools available in your publication.
