What are your working hours?
I am available almost all the time as I have the app to respond quickly to the client.
Shall I place an order or send a message?
In order to avoid any confusion. I would request to send me message first before offering my GIG.
What is included in the social media kit?
The social media kit includes all profile pictures for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter with the exact measurements required to upload your logo, 1 facebook, and 1 twitter banner and 2 post templates designed for your inspirational quotes, product discounts, giveaways, etc.
What is a logo concept?
A visual concept is a general or abstract idea of how something could look. The look of your logo design concept will be based on what you write in the Gig Requirements Section. I use this information as a guide to inform the logo design concept.
How do revisions work?
When using your revisions it means you will get (x) amount of changes to the original concept i.e color changes, shape changes, font changes. Not (x) amount of new logos. To clarify, you will get (x) amount of revisions to the existing concept, not (x) amount of new logo concept.
Can I get the basic package first and can update to Pro Package if I later liked your work?
Absolutely Yes !! You can get the basic work first and then can update your order later.
What is logo transparency or PNG file?
PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload the same on your website, on your blog, etc.
